Effective Transport Energy Audits for ESOS

Event Date: March 2, 2015 at 9:30 am Event Location: Birmingham

The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) is the UK Governments' response to Article 8 of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive requiring all large enterprise to undertake a mandatory energy audit by 5th December 2015. Under this scheme, 90% of an organisation's energy use in buildings, process and transport must be accounted for.

But how comfortable are you doing a transport energy audit?
The UK AEE and Conor Molloy of Authentic Energy Management Services (AEMS) are offering a one-day CPD seminar on effective transport energy audits. This seminar will provide you with the practical and technical skills required to undertake a transport energy audit to your ESOS planning and delivery.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Understand Article 8 requirements and apply them to transport & logistics
  • Deliver an actionable report from which your customers can profit
  • Build on the tools provided to optimise audits to meet local needs

Who should attend?

This course is aimed at persons who are already a Lead Assessor or are intending to become Lead Assessor. It is also to any persons interested in understanding how to practically and technically undertake a transport energy audit to deliver fuel savings.
